MONTILLE BOURGOGNE ROUGE 2018

This is a blend of the Volnay Bourgogne lieu-dit Les Longbois – an historic De Montille parcel – and two parcels around Puligny. Such was the quality of the fruit that Brian took the unusual step to use one-third whole-bunch which lends a little twist of freshness and structure to the finish, balancing the ripe red berry fruit to give a rather serious Bourgogne.
