The Macallan Gran Reserva 12 Years is the richest, darkest, most sultry 12-year-old single malt in Macallan’s long and illustrious history, a sumptuous and decadent celebration of their skill and expertise in selecting and maturing their precious spirit in only the finest Sherry oak casks. Produced mainly in a limited edition for the Asian market.

TASTING NOTES

Color: Rich rosewood
Nose: Waves of burnished Oak, with rich dried fruits, chocolate orange, ginger, cinnamon and cloves
Palate: Intense spiced ginger and oak, softened by rich fruit cake and sumptuos orange
Finish: Lingering wood spice, ginger and glove with layers of orange and dark chocolate
