Official Tasting Notes
Color: Reddish, bright amber-gold
Aroma (Nose): Deep, intense sweetness driven by dried persimmon, accented by sweet vanilla, candied citrus, floral undertones, and a sharp hit of clove spice from the wood.
Taste (Palate): Rich, mellow, and complex. It leads with the fruitiness of orange marmalade, layered with a distinct Japanese red bean (anko) sweetness, honeyed caramel, and baking spices.
Finish: Long-lasting and complex, fading into a gentle mix of smokiness, sandalwood (Mizunara incense)
