DESCRIPTION

This limited edition of the Yoichi single malt has been finished in ex-Bourbon barrels and bottled in 2018. In addition to the Yoichi single malt’s original characteristics of pleasant peaty notes, gentle smokiness and briny hints of sea breeze, this expression brings sweet vanilla notes and a long lasting finish. Please enjoy this experimental combination of Nikka’s traditional single malt and ex-Bourbon barrel influence.

TASTING NOTES

Very pleasant on the palate, salty with licorice and candied fruit. Long, very pleasant, slightly mineral finish with smoke, salt, some peat and tobacco
