THE YAMAZAKI 2020 EDITION Tsukuriwake Selection

DESCRIPTION

This Yamazaki 2020 Edition – Tsukuriwake Selection was made up of five components bottles.

• Puncheon – This single malt whisky is comprised of carefully chosen malts aged exclusively in puncheons crafted by Suntory’s artisans from superior American oak.
• Peated malt – Malt whiskies made from heavily peated malted barley were carefully selected and masterfully blended to create this which stands out for depth of character in both flavor and fragrance.
• Spanish Oak – Containing more natural compounds such as tannin, Spanish oak casks typically produce malt whiskies with richer fragrances than those stored in American oak casks. Matured in  casks crafted from specially selected oak from Northern Spain.
• Mizunara – This single malt whisky is comprised of meticulously selected long-matured malt whiskies to showcase the rare, distinctive beauty of the Mizunara cask.
• Bordeaux Wine Cask – Composed of mal whiskies which have been aged exclusively in Bordeaux Wine barrels, showcasing beautifully the unique characteristics of malt whiskies matured in wine casks.
